With any apartment size you choose, studio or one bedroom, one monthly fee provides a beautifully appointed home and a full complement of services plus amenities — from gourmet-styled meals, served in our lovely dining room, to weekly housekeeping services.

The monthly fee for our independent, elegant lifestyle includes your own private apartment, weekly linen and housekeeping services, meals in our dining room, emergency call and response systems, utilities (excluding telephone), building and ground maintenance, scheduled transportation, and onsite activities, cultural programs, and many other social events.
