Policy
Prior to occupancy, medical certification from the applicant's personal physician is required. This assures the ability to ambulate unassisted, as well as the physical and mental capability to reside in an active environment. Following this, the applicant attends a pre-residency interview with the Director and our Licensed Nurses to review the medical form and discuss our entrance and exit policies.
Billing Information: Our residents are billed at the beginning of each month for that current month's rent, plus any additional charges (i.e. personal laundry, guest meals or any extra housekeeping services). All invoices are due upon receipt.
